Day 4 Tour in Lhasa, Potala Palace, Sera Monastery, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Bazzar: 5 - 6 hours

Day 5 Lhasa to Shitagse (3,840/12,590ft) :- via Gyantse: 367km: 8 t- 9 hours

Day 6 Shitages to Shegar(4,190m/13,746ft) Sakya Monastery :274km,8 - 10 hours

Day 7 Shegar to Rongbuk(5,250m17220ft) :- 85km, 2 - 3 hours

Day 8 Rongbuk to the Last Resort: 281km, 6 - 7 hours
