Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300 m/4,264 ft)
As you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our team will be there to receive you with a warm welcome. From the airport, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in a private tourist vehicle.
Later in the day, we’ll hold a pre-trip meeting where you’ll meet your trekking guide. This is a good time to go over any last-minute questions or details about your journey ahead.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Dharapani (1,960 m/6,430 ft): 7-8 hrs
Today drive to Dharapani through a switchback road along the bank of Trisuli and Marsyangdi River. Travel can be a little bumpy and dusty but the view throughout the journey makes it worth it. We will separate from Pokhara road and turn to North from Dumre. We will leave Khundi, Syange, Jagat and stop at Dharapani where we stay overnight.

Day 3: Dharapani to Koto (2,610 m/8,563 ft): 5-6 hrs
We start trek treks along the river bank through fir and pine forest to the Bagarchhap where and Whitewashed Monastery are located on the trailside. After Danaque continues to climb to Timang that offers amazing views of Mt. Manaslu and peak 29 and surrounding hills. The trail wanders through Latamarang, on the steep trail past dense forest. After lunch trail, continue to Koto pass dense forest with an amazing view of Annapurna II.

Day 4: Koto To Meta (3,560 m/11,680 ft): 7- 8 hrs
Before heading towards register restricted area permit at the Koto checkpost. Then begin the trek along the bank of Sotikhola river pass the amazing pine and fir forest , stream and suspension bridge to the Dharmasala. After lunch we will continue through dense forest towards the Meta village. Upon arrival you will get a chance to enjoy the amazing view of Annapurna II, Lamjung Hinal on this Tibetan plateau.

Day 5: Meta To Phu Gaon (4,250 m/13,944 ft): 7-8 hrs
From Meta through suspension bridges across the seasonal stream before reaching Kyang. where we can explore the camp of the Khampa settlement that is the camp of Khampa refugees. We cross the Phu Khola then continue to walk in the garble path to reach Phu Gaon where we stay overnight.

Day 6: Acclimatization Day
Today is an optional day to acclimatize. You can take a short hike to attempt more altitudes. This place is known as the lost hidden valley that is rich in the ancient culture of Ghale and Gurung . During the village tour you can experience transhumant , agricultural practice alone with seasonal migrations. The ancient Buddhist Tashi Lakhang Monastery of the 18th century, which was constructed by Karma Rinpoche. Enjoy mesmerizing mountain views of Himlung and Annapurna range.

Day 7: Phu Gaon to Nar Phedi Monastery (3,500 m/11,480 ft): 6-7 hrs
Today, we return back the same way close to Meta village, and we are going to Nar phedi monastery. We have to stay in Nar Phedi monastery across from Mahendra Pul. We will have a chance to witness their prayer session at the monastery in the evening. It’s going to be an immensely spiritual day to awaken our spiritual self.

Day 8: Nar Phedi monastery to Nar Gaon (4,110,m/13,481 ft): 5-6 hrs
After breakfast, the trail descends, admiring high suspension to the Mahendrapool with the incredible Himalayan backdrop. After crossing the Lapche river gorge we will stop for lunch at Mahendra pool. We continued the climb towards the Buddhist Monastery before reaching the Nar Village. Along the way we will pass several ancient Buddhist stupas along with spectacular views of Pisang peak and other snowy peaks.

Day 9: Nar to Ngwal (3,660 m/12,008 ft) Via Kang- La Pass (5,322 m/17,460 ft): 7-8 hrs
We start early in the morning trek towards Kang La pass. It will be a long and hard day. The pass offers a panoramic view of the Annapurna Himalayan Range that makes the whole day beautiful. We continue descending to Ngwal where we stay overnight.

Day 10: Ngwal to Humde (3,480 m/11,415 ft): 3-4 hrs
Today, we have a late breakfast and Trek to Humde. The trail winds past yak pastures, scattered stone houses, and colorful prayer flags swaying in the breeze. As we walk, stunning views of Annapurna II and Pisang keep us company. By afternoon, we reach Humde, a quiet village known for its small airstrip and wide mountain views, which also serves as a perfect spot to unwind after the day’s trek.

Day 11: Besisahar by drive: 6-7 hrs
We begin our drive back, passing familiar villages like Chame, Dharapani, Jagat, and Syange. The changing landscapes give us a final glimpse of the mountains and rivers we’ve journeyed through. By evening, we arrive in Besisahar for our last overnight stay.

Meals
Throughout our trek, you’ll savor authentic Nepalese dishes alongside international cuisines such as Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the tea houses or lodge menus where we stay overnight, while lunches will be provided en route to our next destination. During the trek, all meals are included. In Kathmandu, breakfast is provided, and special welcome and farewell dinners will be arranged for our guests.
Lodging
We’ll be accommodated at Hotel Manaslu in Kathmandu, and the best available teahouses during our trek. Accommodations are based on twin sharing. For those requesting a single room, there will be an additional cost of USD 150. While we aim for rooms with attached washrooms, please note that some tea houses may only have shared washing and toilet facilities. Single rooms are readily available in Kathmandu, and lower-elevation trekking areas, but availability might be limited at higher elevations.
Weather Information
Peak season to travel to the Annapurna region falls between September and November and then again between February and April.
Temperatures average 70°F during the day at the start of the trek and get below 20°F towards the top of the trek. When trekking in the Annapurna region in the fall, expect clearer weather with a chance of rain in September and some snow in November. Early February trekkers may experience some snow, and a variety of flowers are in bloom in April.
