Trip Overview

Paragliding in Pokhara is one of the most breathtaking aerial adventures in Nepal. Taking off from Sarangkot, a hilltop viewpoint above Pokhara, you’ll glide above the city, lake, forests, and villages below, with uninterrupted views of the snowcapped Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu ranges. The experience offers an unmatched sense of freedom as you fly high over one of the world’s most beautiful landscapes.

This flight is a perfect chance to share airspace with birds of prey like Himalayan griffon vultures, eagles, and kites. With professional tandem pilots to guide your journey, even beginners can enjoy this thrilling activity. Depending on your preference, the flight duration can range between 20 to 60 minutes.

Transportation is arranged from your lakeside hotel in Pokhara to Sarangkot. From the launch site, you’ll receive a safety briefing before takeoff. Your pilot will guide you toward the thermals, making sure your flight is smooth and scenic. Photos and videos are captured during your flight and shared with you afterward.
