Ride the white waters of the Trishuli River, watch the sunrise from Sarangkot, and spin through countryside trails around the Kathmandu Valley. Spot rhinos and crocs in the wild, and unwind in lakeside Pokhara between your adventures.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m / 4,593 ft)

Upon landing at Tribhuvan International Airport, our team welcomes you and transfers you to your hotel. Enjoy your first evening in Nepal’s buzzing capital.

Day 2: Guided Sightseeing in Kathmandu (1,400 m / 4,593 ft): 6-7 hrs

After breakfast, your guide will take you on a full-day city tour. You will visit Boudhanath, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world, and Pashupatinath, Nepal’s most sacred Hindu temple located on the banks of the Bagmati River. In Patan Durbar Square, admire traditional Newari architecture, intricate woodwork, and beautiful courtyards. Later, visit Kopan Monastery, a peaceful Tibetan Buddhist monastery where monks engage in prayers and rituals.

Day 3: Rafting in Trishuli & Drive to Pokhara (900 m / 2,953 ft)

Drive to Charaundi and plunge into the rapids of the Trishuli River. After the rafting adventure, continue the scenic drive to Pokhara

Day 4: Paragliding & Sightseeing in Pokhara

Soar through the sky in a tandem paragliding flight above Pokhara’s lakes and mountains. In the afternoon, visit Phewa Lake, Davis Falls, Gupteshwar Cave, Seti Gorge, and Tibetan refugee settlements.

Day 5: Hike to Sarangkot (1,600 m / 5,249 ft): 3-4 hrs

Set off for a morning hike to Sarangkot. Pass through hillside villages and reach the viewpoint overlooking the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.

Day 6: Sunrise from Sarangkot & Bungy Jumping

Catch a glowing sunrise over the snowy peaks. After breakfast, head back to Pokhara and drive to the bungy site for an unforgettable jump.

Day 7: Drive to Chitwan National Park (415 m / 1,362 ft): 5-6 hrs

Journey to the southern plains of Nepal and settle into your jungle resort. Take a guided ox-cart ride through Tharu villages in the evening.

Day 8: Jungle Activities in Chitwan

Explore the wilds of Chitwan by canoe, jeep, or on foot. Spot rhinos, gharials, exotic birds, and visit the elephant breeding center.

Day 9: Drive to Kathmandu: 6-7 hrs

Day 10: Biking Around Kathmandu Valley: 6-7 hrs

We guarantee all group departure dates even if there’s only one person signed up for the Nepal Multi Sports Adventure. This ensures that your adventure is confirmed regardless of group size.

Difficulty Level

This trip is easy and designed for travelers of all fitness levels. Light walking and sightseeing are included, and no prior trekking or hiking experience is required. Bring comfortable walking shoes and stay hydrated during the day.

Meals

Throughout the trip, you will enjoy authentic Nepalese dishes alongside popular international cuisines such as Tibetan, Continental, and Indian. Breakfast and dinner are served at the hotels and resorts where you stay overnight in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Sarangkot, and Chitwan. Lunches are usually provided during activities such as rafting and on the road between destinations. A special farewell dinner will be hosted on the final night in Kathmandu.

Accommodation

You will be staying in comfortable hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara, a guesthouse in Sarangkot, and a jungle resort in Chitwan. All accommodations are based on twin sharing. Single rooms can be arranged at an extra cost if requested. Each place offers a blend of comfort and local charm suitable for rest after your daily adventures.

Weather Information

In Kathmandu and Pokhara, daytime temperatures average around 25°C between March and May. From September to December, the temperature cools to about 20°C. December through February sees warmer days but colder nights with temperatures ranging from 4°C to 22°C. Conditions vary by altitude and season, so packing layers is recommended.
