This trip is best for short vacations that provide many options to explore the religious activities, rituals, art and architectural marvels.
Day Tour we take you to Kathmandu valley sites such as Temple, Pagoda, and Palaces of the ancient period. After Breakfast, we start exploring the UNESCO World Heritage sites from Kathmandu Durbar Square, Pasupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath, and Boudhanath. Kathmandu Durbar square has the ancient art and architecture of the Malla dynasty from the 12th to 18th century. Likewise, Swayambhunath has combined both Hindu and Buddhist a shrine is known as the name of Monkey Temple among the foreigners.
Pasupatinath Temple is located on the bank of the Bagmati River that is a major pilgrimage for Hindu devotees. The Temple is surrounded by small statues of multiple Hindu deities that offer the entire place as a sacred Garden of Eden.
Bouddhanath stupa is one of the biggest stupas in South Asia was built on the trade route to Tibet. It lies in the east part of Kathmandu that is a maximum of 36m from the ground. This ancient colossal stupa is the center of Buddhist followers and also listed in the UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979. This stupa called Khasa Charity in the Nepali language. Apart from that are more than fifty stupas built by Tibetan merchant’s influx of Tibetan refugees over the years. It has splendid art and architecture of the ancient period.

Day 1: Kathmandu Sightseeing (1400 m/ 4,593 ft)
We explore several UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu. Our day starts at Kathmandu Durbar Square, renowned for its historical significance and traditional architecture. Then we proceed to Swayambhunath, known as the Monkey Temple, situated on a hill offering panoramic views. Next, we explore Pashupatinath Temple, a major Hindu shrine located beside the Bagmati River.
After that we head to today’s final destination, the magnificent Bouddhanath Stupa, an important pilgrimage destination along the ancient Tibetan trade route. Take a moment to observe this spiritual hub for Tibetan Buddhists- the stupa encircled by prayer wheels and fluttering prayer flags, monks in prayer, lighting butter lamps, and witness the evening kora here.
A representative from Ama Adventure will transfer you to the airport about three hours before your flight.

Throughout our trek, you’ll savor authentic Nepalese dishes alongside international cuisines such as Tibetan, Continental, Italian, and Indian. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the tea houses or lodge menus where we stay overnight, while lunches will be provided en route to our next destination. During the trek, all meals are included. In Kathmandu breakfast is provided, and farewell dinner will be arranged for our guests.
Accommodation
We’ll be accommodated at Hotel Manaslu in Kathmandu and the best available hotels in kathmandu valley tour. Accommodations are based on twin sharing. For those requesting a single room, there will be an additional cost of USD 100. Single rooms are readily available in Kathmandu but availability might be limited at higher elevations.
Weather Information
The best time to visit Kathmandu is from September to November or March to May, with daytime temps around 65-80°F (18–27°C) and cooler nights near 50°F (10°C). Autumn offers clear skies and great views, while spring brings warmth and blooming hills. Monsoon (June–Sept) is wet and humid. Winter is dry but chilly, dropping below 40°F (4°C) in higher spots like Nagarkot.
