Difficulty Level
Everest Panorama Luxury Trek requires a moderate to demanding level of fitness due to the altitude and several hours of walking each day. Prior trekking or hiking experience is helpful but not essential. To enjoy the trek fully, it is best to prepare with cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and some practice walks on uneven terrain before your trip. Altitude sickness can affect anyone, so moving at a comfortable pace, staying hydrated, and listening to your body are key to a safe and enjoyable journey.

Throughout the trek, you will savor authentic Nepalese meals along with popular international dishes including Tibetan, Continental, and Indian cuisine. Breakfast and dinner are served in the hotels and lodges where you stay overnight. Along the trek, enjoy premium lodges with cozy rooms, warm hospitality, and stunning mountain views. All accommodation is based on twin sharing; single rooms can be arranged for an additional cost at USD 100 in Kathmandu, but single rooms at a higher elevation gets difficult.
