I love trekking to Nepal with Wondrous Nepal and the team. You should have decent cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and leg strength to enjoy the trek and cope with the physical challenges fully. Regular exercise and endurance training, such as hiking, jogging, or cycling, prior to the walk can substantially increase and improve your whole experience.
