Everest Everest three-pass is located in the Khumbu region at Sagarmatha Nationalpark that is a popular destination for thrilling experiences. Trek began with Kathmandu Valley sightseeing that takes you to the high altitudes of the Khumbu region. This trek includes three higher passes as the  Khongma - La pass (5,535m),  Cho - La pass (5,3 80m), Renjo - La pass (5310m) including Everest base camp, Kalapathar, and Gokyo lakes. 
 
While you walk one can eye upon Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Cho- Oyu, Nuptse, Makalu, and many other snowy mountains from a vintage. The Sagarmatha National park is rich in wildlife and varieties of flora and fauna. The adventure journey provides opportunities to explore remote and untouched Nang La valley, the sherpa village of Marlung. the ancient Buddhist monastery in Thame provides spiritual experiences. It is a great chance to experience hospitable sherpa culture and local food on this journey epic journey.

Trip Departure

We book solo and group to your holiday lifetime memorable with people from all over the world. As far as when your trip has been confirmed we granted all group departure dates even there is only a single person sign for trekking. We want to note that before departure we always conform that how many members are recently in your group before final sign up.

Difficulties level

This trekking required a person with average physical fitness no need to have special training therefore beginner hikers also can complete this trek. This trekking leads you to the high altitude gradually within the short period there will significant change in weather due to the altitude variation.

Itinerary

After arriving,  a representative of Ama Adventure will come to the airport. Furthermore, check in to a hotel explorer near your neighbor.  
After Breakfast, we start a tour around the (UNESCO) Heritage sites. Tour includes Swayambhunath also knows as the Monkey Temple  which is a popular pilgrimage site for both Hindu and Buddhist devotees. Tour continues to Pashupatinath temple, a famous pilgrimage site for Hindu devotees. The day tour ends at the Boudhanath stupa that is the largest in South Asia. Afternoon prepares for trekking then joining the welcome dinner in the evening.    
Early in the morning, we will fly to Lukla, which takes 35 minutes. We start trekking to Phakding through small settlements, Farmland, Buddhist Chorten. Trek also crosses the  couples of Suspension, stunning view, lead on along the bank of the Dudhkoshi River. After a beautiful day overnight at Phakding.    
Today we trek to Namche Bazaar on the Bank of the Dudhkoshi river. We  pass the pine forest and that go es north up the Benkar village. After crossing  the suspension bridge over the Dudhkoshi river we will be reached at the Monjo village  that is the entrance pints of the Sagarmatha National park. They trek the multiple village-like Benker, Chumoa, Manjo, Jorasalle along with suspension bridges. After lunch trail gets stepper but offers the first look of Everest and amazing river valley views and virtues of faunas. We finally reach Namche Bazaar overnight.    
Namche Bazaar is the primary administrative town for the Khumbu region with all facilities located west of the Dudh Koshi River. For Acclimatization, we Hike up to Sagarmatha National park to enjoy the spectacular view of (Chomolumba) Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Kongde, and many more. For gain, more altitude, and rest before the next ascent you can spend your day hiking to Everest viewpoint, an optional two-hour hike with an amazing view. Lunch will be in Khumjung, After Lunch a short visit around the village and back to Namche Bazaar.  
After breakfast, we will start to climb near the Sagarmatha National park the continue to walk on the wider trail with an amazing backdrop of Mt Everest and other snowy peaks. We pass the stunning rhododendron and pine forest to the Tengboche. After Kyanjuma we will continue to descend to the   Phunki  Thanka that is our lunch. After lunch needs to climb gradually to the  Tengboche. The Tengboche monastery is the second biggest Monastery in the Kumbu region offers panoramic views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku. Upon arrival will going to visit Monastery to observe the religious chanting. After an amazing day overnight at Teahouse.    
Today we will starts trek through the incredible Rhodendron forest that looks amazing during spring when it gets blooming. We cross the suspension bridge above the Dudh Kosi River and continue to Pangboche. Then we continue trek to Somare that will be our lunch spot. After lunch trail cross the Lobuche river then turns right to Imja river valley. Dingboche is a small beautiful village with a farm of barley, potato, and buckwheat fields complete with animals grazing along the bank of Imjakhola. Finally, we reached Dingboche overnight.    
After breakfast we will climbed North West above the villages to acclimate. The view points offers the mesmering view of world highest peaks including  Makalu, Lhotse, and others popular mountains Amadablam.It is great to witness the sunrays across the injakhola river valley over the himalayas.After amazing hike back to hotel for lunch.    
Trek to Chukung began along the bank of Imja Khola river valley through high altitude Yak Pasture Land with a stone-walled field. Along the way, we will pass the Bribe sphere of yaks where admirers of Stunning Mountains view as well as Glacier. The trek to Chhukung offers an amazing view of Ama Dablam, Amphu peaks, and the mysterious landscape of Imja Khola river valley. We will walk on the ice stream about an hour before our destination. After lunch, we will hike up to Chukung Ri for acclimatization. After an exciting hike return to Chukung overnight.    
From Chhukung we directly headed to the Kongma - La pass which is the highest part of the entire journey. There are two different ways to Kongma pass, one over the hill to the northwest of Chhukung village through Glacier moraine another option return Bark then walk along the bank of Niyayang Khola. The top of the Kongma la pass is decorated by stone cranes and flustering prayer flags adorn the Mountain on top. From the top, we descend the steep part of the entire day. We climb the opposite side of the moraine where the trail turns north to Khumbu Glacier moraine and continue to Lobuche overnight.    
Today we trek to Gorakshep then visit Everest Base camp through Khumbu glacier moraine. Trek offers the magnificent view of Mt Pumori, Linden, Khumche peak, Nuptse, Khumbu Icefall, and an amazing glacier structure. There are lots of narrow meandering of rough terrain, Passing yak, and porters with loads on the trail please follow your leader’s instructions. After a couple of hours of ancient, there is a brief descent to reach the Gorakshep. After a short break, we will continue our journey to Everest Base camp which is the dream destination for those traveling in the Everest region. After an amazing time at the Base camp return to Gorakshep overnight.    
From Gorak Shep, we start the ascent to Kalapather early in the morning to catch the spectacular sunrise view over the Himalayas. As we expect, walking to Kalapather is a stunning view of the World Highest Mountains along with many other mountain panoramas, chilly finally thinking of oxygen. After a couple of hours of climb reaches Kala Patthar (5,545m). The place offers an outstanding view of Mt Everest, Nuptse, Pumori, most popular Khumbu Icefall along with a memorable Sunrise view above the Himalayas. We will spend about  15m at the top then return to Gorak shep for breakfast. After breakfast continues descent Lobuche for overnight.    
Today we trek to Dzongla on the side of the Glacial stream and the right side of the Kumbu Glacier moraine. Trek to Lobuche to Dzongla is a stunning Glacier of Looming Awi peak as well as a cross between a stupa and gravestone. After a couple of hours of walking in a gradual section, a trail gets stepper. Along the way, we can see Cholatse Lake from closer.The trails continue to the Small Lake then trek above the Cholakhola bridge. After an exciting day finally arrive at Dzongla overnight.    
Trek from Dzongla to Gokyo starts ascending steeply to the Chola Lakes. The hard effort is worthwhile as we ascend to the Chola lakes as the view of Ama Dablam along the mountain on the south as well as Chocolate seeing on the west side. The trail gets steeper due to the boulder we have to walk above the winding boulder. Before reaching the Chola Pass, climbing is much harder as the trail turns into a round loop breach gap. The top of the pass is decorated with faltering Buddhist flags as well as stone cranes along with blood-rushing Mountains. After passing, we have a knee busting descent to Thangnak walk on the ridge of the Ngozumpa glacier that is the longest glacier in Nepal. When we turn to  the other side of the glacier, we can see sets of the lakes after walking for a while to reach the third Gokyo Lake. After a long day overnight at the teahouse.  
Early in the morning we hike up to Gokyo Ri to gain more altitudes as well as witness the golden sunrise over the himalayas, it's take 3-4 hours. The Gokyo Ri is an amazing spot to enjoy spectacular mountain views including Everest and many other snow-covered mountains. After an incredible time we stepped back to the tea  house for lunch. After lunch you can explore the surrounding lakes and overnight.  
Today we have a longer route from Koyo pass through Renjo la all the way to Marlung. We walked on the bank of Dudh Pokhari for a couple of hours before dropping down to the Renjola pass. Along the journey the background of the Rowling Range along with others mountain Range. Beyond the pass trail, the band descends to the stone steps with loose rocks before reaching to the south of the Angladumba Tsho Lake. The trail can be quite risky therefore we need extra concentration while we trek. When we descend for a while, admire Tsho and Renjo Lake continue descents narrow valley stone blunder all the way to Lunden. Before reaching Lunden we have to walk about an hour along the east bank of Bhote Koshi River valley. After a beautiful long challenging day,  we arrived in Lunden overnight.  
After Breakfast, we start down to Namche Bazaar through the ancient Tibetan trade route to Tibet. The trail continues to descend the cross suspension Bridge above the Bhote Koshi and continues down to Taranga. After Taranga we walk down to the hill cross-bridge before getting to Thame. The Mountain Reverie and Mountain village is located in the hill to the west of a popular Monastery inhabited by Sherpa people. From the Thame trail, gradually descend through isolated villages before reaching Namche Bazaar overnight.  
Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla is the last day of your trekking, beginning with a steep descent and mammalian traffic where you are always on the safe side. Here, trekking passes through beautiful small villages such as the Jorsalle, Monjo, Phakding expecting for short ascent and continuing decent handrails of Dudh Koshi River crossing it three times. Before reaching Lukla, you have to ascend a gentle slope for 45m to get to the final destination. After a long day, you must rest overnight at Lukla.  
After breakfast, hoping to get an early flight back to Ramechhap, the flight from Lukla to Kathmandu takes 30 minutes. Then drive back to Kathmandu normally it takes 4 to 5 hours and then checking to Hotel and get a rest.    
Today is your free day in Kathmandu for rest and shopping, if you willing to sight seen around Kathmandu we will organize a tour as well. After your comfortable day, there will be a farewell dinner in the evening to celebrate the successful completion of our journey.    
Today is the final day of our trip. The Ama Adventure representative drops you at the airport, wishes you a safe journey, and hopes to see you on your next adventure.
